A world-renowned classical violist, Kelley Polar defied the player piano conformism typical of his classmates at Julliard Music School early on. Creatively restless, he once led a 40-piece disco orchestra. He has written and recorded string arrangements for Metro Area, Patrick Adams, Leroy Burgess and many more. He has collaborated with Madonna. By day, Polar is a teacher in rural New Hampshire.
